You could be dropping your focus because you have low expectation and belief. You could be dropping your focus because something from your past is occupying your energy, or perhaps that you’re unsure of what you want.

In all of these cases and even if you’re not clear on which one instance is at play here, if you make it your dominant intent to feel as good as you can as much of the time as possible, your desire will manifest quickly. Making it your dominant intent to feel good is your express train ticket to the manifestation of your desire. Feeling good is the high vibration that transmits to the Universe that you’re in alignment with your desires. Make that your daily experience and there’s nothing that you won’t be able to manifest.

How to Overcome Procrastination

Postponing and putting things off is the art of procrastination. A lack of willpower is often the cause. This then leads to sufferers falling behind in all areas of their life. Our how to overcome procrastination tips can help you quickly and easily gain better concentration and focus whenever you feel you need it:

  • In order to progress a little further with things, add five onto every task you undertake. A good example of this is perhaps when you are reading a book and are getting tired – challenge yourself to do just 5 minutes more. If you can’t think of any type of five to add onto your task, simply add on five minutes. This tip alone can make a dramatic difference to your productivity. And often five minutes turns into ten, twenty or even more!
  • Make a list of every job you have to do and make a priority list of them. You break these tasks down further into half hour projects. Make a timetable and set yourself a target of completing 3 of these tasks a day in order to get them out of the way.
  • Look at all of the disadvantages of leaving tasks by realising that they don’t get easier and less stressful – only harder and more stressful if you leave them. The only way to break the habit of avoiding tasks is to start doing them and see the benefits, remember to prioritise tasks and understand how to overcome procrastination by using your willpower.
