Something I’m given often is “Where should a beginner start”? As a Life Coach, the basic ideas of the Law of Attraction continue to be a joy for me to teach. Understanding how the Law of Attraction and the Universe attracts love is just what a beginner needs to understand firstly. What is amazing concerning the basics in any field that I have studied is that backtracking to the fundamentals is continuously a powerful practice to increase the strength of your foundation. So it doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or a seasoned Spiritual Life Coach, going back to basics is a great practice to strengthen your desires in creating your ideal relationship.

The Law of Attraction is constantly creating FOR you. The real question is are YOU allowing the Law of Attraction to work for what you REALLY desire? In different wording, the Law of Attraction is always sending back to you your dominant vibration. What you want to be conscious of is, what is my most powerful thought on THIS MATTER – the matter of attracting love? What is my most powerful thought on attracting a larger amount of fortune, good physical status?

Instead of continuing attaching yourself to what’s false or not there in your story, put thought on what IS working. Attract what you appreciate in yourself. Search for lots of reasons to be joyous, give thanks, and compliment. Learn about your vibration, your thoughts and feelings in any given moment. By paying thought to the way you are thinking, you’ll create what your deeply secured attractions relating to strength in love, fortune, or physical well-being are to yourself. Keep your attention channeled on what it is you want and how wonderful it will be when you have it. Rather than searching back in time (if the experience was not positive) and you’ll clear up your current energy. Cease focusing backwards and comparing and contrasting what did not happen. It’s like trying to drive ahead while looking in the rear-view mirror. You’ll be attracting negative energy.

Exercise the mental overhaul as much as you can do on your own and then use spiritual coaching. A seasoned coach can hear the context from which you’re creating and get you to understand it too. I recommend that you practice your personal work. That is what this course is designed to do, to teach you to self-coach. When you come to a halting area, get some coaching. The Universe is designed to support you.

What do I do to keep faith? That’s an age-old question, is it not? I believe for most of us it takes repetitive exercise. Finding the best practices that we teach in Law of Attraction Life Coaching takes practice, but the tools make results. So it is well worth it to help yourself. Training with a law of attraction life and a relationship coach can cause you to accelerate your happiness. Depending on your background, it is a unique process for everyone. It is a lot like building muscle or learning to play an instrument, it takes patience and intentionality. There’s an exercise I teach called bridging beliefs that can help you step your way up the levels of consciousness. Similarly, cultivating love is a good exercise to start finding the feeling place of what it’s like to be full of faith.

The most basic function we can do is to have a DESIRE. It’s literally how the entire Universe and the Law of Attraction functions. Scientific discoveries and Spiritual guides are all informing us that the power of the Universe and the nature of God is ever-getting larger, never-ending. The power of God is never-ending in love, creation, freedom, joy, and compassion.

If love makes the earth go around, and I think it does, then want is the gas for the engine! A life coach can assist you in getting clear on your desires.

I can recall many years ago when I was first beginning to learn about love and the law of attraction and Universal Energy. One very important aspect that was not made clear to me was the point of “unresisted” desire. That is to say, I did not understand how to nurture a desire that is in the business of truly understanding, appreciating and coming to expect having what I desired. I desired a slew of things in life, it’s simply that I had a lot of resistance to having them that I wasn’t aware of. I believed that you had to struggle and work really hard and for a long time for anything I wanted. I thought you had to prove yourself worthy of just about anything in life.

I began to hear all about how we could align with the vibration of the Universe, or Source energy and that God desired of us to have every good thing. That sounded just fine to me. In fact, in my heart of hearts I knew that the Universe truly wanted me, and all of his creations to live and be unequivocally happy. After all, that’s the actual nature of God, I thought. But I never actually knew just how to understand or harmonize with what I wanted in a way that allowed it to be my life experience.

Didn’t Jesus even teach that? Ask, knowing you have received and it will be given.

Amplify your desire by enabling your mind. Let the Universal Law of Attraction know what you want and keep feeling happily expectant that it is manifesting. Keep your desire high and the resisting energy low and what you want will manifest very soon.

Many people will consider that the whole idea of communicating with the cosmos and asking for anything you wish is just a crazy idea. If you give it a try you will nothing to lose and you will learn a lot of interesting things. May be you will even discover that it works!

Optimism is essential when you try to cosmic order. What you should do is to create a list with your desires. Try to read it every morning and picture yourself achieving your goals. For being able to concentrate better you can take the wishes one by one. Once one of the comes true you can move to the next one.

You can join some Yoga groups to learn how to focus better. When you imagine your wish coming true try to also think at how you would feel in that moment. Try to live that happiness already. For a better motivation you could talk to other people about this. If you are trying to cosmic order it’s always better if you do it together with a friend.

Whenever someone will ask you about your wish you must say that it will become reality. At beginning you will not be sure of it but if you repeat these words more times you will start having more confidence. It’s essential to trust your ability to do anything you want!

If you think about it cosmic order is really a very logical theory. Having self confidence and working for our goals will help us succeed. It all depends of us!

Each person has different desires and different levels of importance for each desire. But, knowing what the Law of attraction is can help you achieve all your dreams. You must understand that this means that the universe will give you exactly what you are asking for. For example, if you are fearing the worst in your unconscious mind, the universe can easily headed over to you.

It has been with us from the start, but only few people knew about it. In fact, they hid it from the rest of the world so they would continue to benefit from it.

If you truly believe in something and want it badly enough, the universe, which works with energy can give it to you. But, it can only give it to you if your desires and wishes are pure enough in your conscious and unconscious mind. Perhaps the saying, “where there is a will, there is a way” comes from the Law of attraction.

Consider those who have fought tooth and nail to accomplish something they really wanted out of life. Many of them did succeed. For example, Madonna. When she started out, this young woman told Dick Clarke on American Bandstand that she wanted to rule the world.

Needless to say, she did make her dream come true with the Law of attraction. She worked hard, and she was determined at the university gave her exactly what she wanted. Therefore, you too could get what you want out of life if you truly believe in it and in yourself.

The second step in manifesting your desire is to believe your goals. Believing in your goals is very critical. When you believe in your goals, you are actually saying that there is truth in what I am saying and planning. Once you have written your goals, you must state in affirmative words your belief about attaining the goals.

The third step in manifesting your desire is to put the beliefs in your mind. Our mind consists of the conscious mind and the subconscious mind. The affirmations you make must be programmed in your subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is the deepest level. Beliefs which reside in the subconscious mind are long lasting. They gradually become a part of your life and behaviour. For example, if you believe that you will make a million dollars from the internet. This truth will manifest itself in reality. You will automatically start taking actions in this direction. People with conviction believe in what they are doing. They can see the goal, and are not distracted by obstacles.

Monitoring your thoughts is the fourth step in manifesting your desire. Monitored thoughts are like a channel or flowing river. If the channel cannot control the flow of water, floods will occur. The same thing applies to your thoughts. You should guard your mind from negative thoughts. Negative thoughts will cause chaos and instability. Negative thoughts may reside in the subconscious. Their place should be taken by positive thoughts.

Human beings are guided by the conscience. We are conscious of our feelings, both negative and positive. If our positive thoughts could be as stubborn as the negative thoughts, we could achieve great things.

The fifth step is to meditate and communicate with your creative potential. The last step is to have trust.

People who are single who want to appreciate the Law of Attraction to find love often ask me for advice. They wonder, “Can you attract the wrong relationship?” The answer to that is Yes and No. I will elaborate. You create the “Wrong” relationship based on what it is you project you desire. In other words, your words are saying “I want someone who is fun, caring, and passionate. Someone who treats me well” but your real subconscious intention is something more to the tune of … “I can never get the right woman. Why do my friends get such a simple route? What am I doing wrong? Where are all of the eligible right for me women? And so on. So you are going to be attracting more about what you are thinking and expecting. So is she wrong? Perhaps, is your thinking wrong? The Law of Attraction says what you focus on you get more of. So if you’re not in a relationship and are searching for a love, you must focus on what it is like to be in a love relationship, not the other way around.

A fantastic practice to improve your inherent desires on this is by wielding a strong tool that Abraham-Hicks coaches called Book of Positive Aspects. This is a powerful tool for creating a Love with the Law of Attraction.

You can use this tool when you find you create some negative emotion and need to continue changing the direction of your vibration and find a more harmonious feeling mindset. When you want to strengthen your threshold of creation since you have got a lot of negative vibrations. Here is how it works: you should do this by hand to help acquire the hang of it. I truly suggest that you always write a Book of Positive Aspects. You’ll desire to give yourself at least 15 minutes for this exercise.

At the top of the paper put down the area of what you desire a better energy set point on. Maybe a subject has caught your attention that you do not desire, you would rather not experience it, or perhaps you have acquired a good bit of judgment about this subject and resent yourself for it. Write down what that is. Now see that you know what you don’t want and the comparison has aided you to hone the intention of what you actually want. Your job is to put down a detailed the intentions you want. And keep turning your attention to the better feeling thought. Write lists of what you like about what IS functioning, what is good, what you have that you DO like, even about the present life situation. Search for aspects of your life to be appreciative of in the situation and in any outside or related situation. This will point you to the positive attraction mode. You’ll create what you want rather than its opposite. Try it out for yourself. What do you have to lose?

The ‘inner doubt’ occasionally sounds like a parent screaming at you, ‘who do you think you are?’ We have all had these types of inhibitions beaten into us. How many things can you recall right now that you are grateful for? If you can catch yourself when you are becoming angry, begin to recall what is good in your life currently, you will quicken the creating more quickly! Write lists of what you enjoy. Take a walk and enjoy all the beauty of nature. Count your blessings and you’ll attract more blessings to appreciate. That’s how the Law of Attraction works, after all. What is it that you are focusing on? What thoughts do you have running through your head everyday? What controls have you implemented in your thought process? These are questions you must ask yourself before you can begin to manifest your heart’s desire. Suffice it to say that your negative thoughts will bear you negative fruit. Positive thoughts breed positive results. I know you have heard this before and I know you understand this on an intellectual level, but do you really understand this on an emotional level? This moment was as close to an epiphany as you can get. I understood this with all my heart and soul. Do you get it to the point that you are willing to take the time to observe and change the way you think? Or will you continue to go about your life doing the same things over and over and hoping your life will change? That isn’t going to give you the best opportunity to manifest your desires.

Do you secretly resent people that have the things that you want to have in your life? Are you jealous of these people that have what you want? Yes, this is negative thinking. Instead of resenting these people learn from them. Do you think they got the things they have by telling themselves that they can’t get them? No they got these things by focusing on them in a positive and reflective way. They were able to choose what they needed. Then they were able to project their thoughts emotionally. Know what? They received that desire.

You can attract your desires if you begin to reflect and project. Seriously consider what it is that you want and then project that desire using positive affirmations. Each time a thought comes into your head ask yourself “is this thought empowering or destructive to me”. Begin your new life today by using this easy exercise, which will help you change the negative course your life has taken.

We think over 60,000 thoughts per day. James in Ohio wants to know: “How do I maintain my focus”?

James, I believe this is a question that is multi-faceted in nature and a very good one at that. Did you know that learning how to navigate with the Law of Attraction from Group Coaching classes teaches you more skills than you can learn from private coaching? The reason is largely because of the group coaching class synergy that is built by the consensus of intentions.

I’ll return the answer with the question “What takes you off focus”? Truly, if we could send out an intention and leave it at that, with no contradictory energy, thoughts, or beliefs, we’d all be manifesting in very short order. So I’m going to take the approach that this is a question of contradicted energy, thoughts or beliefs. Intentionality that gets created in a group coaching class setting will support you in maintaining your focus. The law of attraction says that what you place your attention on expands in your life experience.

As far as fulfillment of your desires, it’s not so much a matter of focus that causes the delay. It’s the matter of focusing on what we want and then splitting your intention. And the matter of why you’re dropping your focus is critical. You could be dropping your focus because you have doubts and fears. You could be losing focus because something from your past is occupying your energy, or perhaps that you’re not clear about what you want.

In all of these cases and even if you’re not clear on which one instance is at play here, if you make it your dominant intent to feel as good as you can as much of the time as possible, your desire will manifest quickly. When you feel good you give a clear signal to the Universe to match more of that. Feeling good is the high vibration that transmits to the Universe that you’re a match to your desires. Practice that regularly and you’ll have it all.
